She is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in owning, operating, and successfully scaling and selling multiple franchise restaurant businesses, showcasing her ability to drive profitability and deliver sustainable growth. She successfully purchased, owned and managed operations for several McDonald’s franchises and other food service ventures, consistently improving profitability through innovative marketing and financial strategies.
Robert Glen Tichy,
Chief Technology Officer
Robert is a seasoned managing partner and technical expert with extensive experience in software development, agricultural operations, and financial management. Proficient in Python, Ruby on Rails, and JavaScript, with experience developing and implementing ERP systems and full-stack solutions for complex business needs. He has a strong software engineering acumen and also valuable farming experience. Deep knowledge of farming operations, including cost analysis and resource optimization for seed, labour, and fertilizer management.

Benjamin is a seasoned financial expert with significant experience in accounting systems, operational strategy, and cost management. He has an extensive knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting. He is also the owner and operator of a successful manufacturing and supply company in Ghana, producing and supplying commercial construction materials for large infrastructure projects throughout the country. His financial and entrepreneurial acumen will help drive the venture’s growth and provide sound financial planning.

Nixon is an expert in environmental management and sustainability, with extensive experience in implementing eco-friendly practices across industries. He has a proven track record in implementing ISO-compliant sustainability systems and leading environmental impact assessments. Mr. Asante is skilled in developing and executing carbon credit programs and sustainability-focused initiatives. His extensive experience in Environmental Management, and strong practical experience in the implementation and maintenance of Environmental and Permitting Management Systems will give the venture invaluable environmental knowledge.
